At the sending end, a random file is encoded into a moving data matrix in which the entire file is integrated regardless of format or size. At the receiving end, the data matrix is scanned, the data is received and decoded back to its original format. This whole process takes place completely offline. This means the only hardware you need is a random display and a random camera.

No, there is no limit to the file size. Sending a bigger file simply takes longer to scan by the receiver.
