We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing daily operational business processes and coordinating certification processes such as ISO and/or Common Criteria. ​Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Provide variance analyses and key insights to support executive decision-making.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
-
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
Operational & Process Optimization
-
Improve and streamline daily operational business processes to enhance efficiency.
-
Implement best practices in financial operations to drive performance and scalability.
-
Collaborate with different departments to enhance financial transparency and cost efficiency.
Certifications & Compliance
-
Lead and coordinate ISO, Common Criteria, and other certification processes.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain documentation and facilitate audits for compliance programs.
Risk & Grant Management

Manage company insurance policies and financial risk assessments.

Oversee grant applications and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
Leadership & Team Collaboration

Provide finance-related support to employees, including payroll and expense tracking.

Participate in Management Team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Act as a key liaison between executive management and external financial stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Around 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup, SME, or dynamic growth environment.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Experience with financial software (Exact Online, NMBRS) and ERP systems.

Familiarity with certification frameworks is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Fluent in Dutch and good in English; both written and spoken.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
